211 Call Center Manager/Community Caseworker
I believe that what we do here at 211 is changing our community! I have proudly been a part of 211 Texas Panhandle United Way Helpline since 2020.
Helping people navigate resources and seeing them smile when they are on their feet again is why I do what I do. I have a passion for helping people and using the knowledge I gained while receiving my training for my Associates in Legal Studies, allows me to do what I love in my position as Call Center Manager and Community Caseworker.
