My journey with 2-1-1 began in 2013 as a Call Specialist, and over the past twelve years, I have gained invaluable experience connecting people with the resources they need. As a Certified Community Resource Specialist, I have continually expanded my knowledge through college coursework, annual Inform trainings, and specialized training focused on serving older adults.
This experience has deepened my appreciation for the work I do and the opportunity to serve my community. I am committed to lifelong learning and look forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact.
