Hi, I’m Kiley. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I previously served as Executive Director of the Panhandle Plains Chapter of the American Red Cross before joining the United Way of Amarillo & Canyon. I’m deeply rooted in my faith and strive to lead with purpose, integrity, and compassion in everything I do. Family is at the heart of my life, I’m blessed with a wonderful wife and six amazing kids, and I often share stories of them with pride and humor.
I love coffee, long-distance biking, and occasionally sharing adventures (and mishaps) our United Way of Amarillo & Canyon Facebook videos. I’ve had the honor of serving in three branches of the military and currently continue that service with the Navy Reserves. My leadership philosophy centers on creating a fun, family-oriented environment where vulnerability, communication, and collaboration thrive. I am passionate about reminding our team why we do this work: to make a real difference in our community, every single day.
